By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MapMastery, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Welcome to MapMastery, a geography-based quiz and learning game. These Terms govern your use of the MapMastery mobile application, services, content, and related features (the "Service"). MapMastery is owned and operated by Intellorix LLC, Delaware, United States.
If you downloaded MapMastery from the Apple App Store:
Intellorix LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use MapMastery solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. All rights not expressly granted remain with Intellorix LLC.
To use MapMastery you must be at least 13 years old, comply with applicable laws, and agree to these Terms. Users under the legal age of majority must use the Service with parental permission.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Users must not cheat, manipulate gameplay, exploit bugs, use automation tools or bots, reverse engineer gameplay systems, or manipulate scoring or leaderboards. Violations may result in score reset, leaderboard removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
All intellectual property rights in MapMastery — including game design, software, graphics, maps, UI, audio, text, databases, quizzes, trademarks, and brand assets — belong exclusively to Intellorix LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
If you submit content (usernames, scores, feedback, shared results), you grant Intellorix LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service. You must not submit content that violates laws or contains offensive material.
MapMastery may offer optional in-app purchases, premium features, and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Purchases are non-transferable and may be non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID.
Virtual rewards (points, achievements, unlocks) have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be modified or removed at any time.
We may update MapMastery to improve gameplay, fix bugs, introduce features, maintain security, or comply with laws. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
MapMastery may occasionally experience maintenance, outages, or network interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your use of MapMastery is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
Users must not hack the Service, interfere with servers, distribute malware, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse leaderboards. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Intellorix LLC may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, engage in cheating, or attempt to exploit the system. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, accuracy, and reliability are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intellorix LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
