App Support

Having trouble with MapMastery? Here are common topics we can help with:

• Account issues – login problems, password resets, account recovery
• Subscription & billing – premium features, subscription management (managed via Apple ID settings)
• Gameplay questions – quiz categories, scoring, leaderboards, achievements
• Privacy requests – data access, data deletion, GDPR / CCPA requests
• Bug reports – crashes, unexpected behavior, content errors

Please email intellorix@gmail.com with a description of your issue. Include your device model and app version if reporting a bug.

Subscription Management

MapMastery Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or manage your subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Select MapMastery and manage your subscription

For billing disputes, contact Apple Support. For feature questions, contact us at intellorix@gmail.com.

Data & Privacy Requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email intellorix@gmail.com. Please include your registered email address. We will respond within 30 days.
