This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Intellorix LLC governing your use of the MapMastery application. By installing or using MapMastery, you agree to this Agreement.
Intellorix LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use MapMastery solely for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual property.
The Application and all related intellectual property are owned by Intellorix LLC, including software code, gameplay mechanics, maps and geographic data, quiz databases, UI and design systems, text, graphics, animations, logos, trademarks, sound effects, and databases. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
You may use the Application only for personal entertainment, educational purposes, and non-commercial gameplay.

Intellorix LLC may provide updates including bug fixes, new features, gameplay adjustments, and security improvements. Updates may be required for continued use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store. We do not store or process payment card details. Purchases may be subject to Apple's billing policies.
Digital items (achievements, points, unlockable content) have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and may be modified or removed by Intellorix LLC.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting credentials, ensuring accurate information, and preventing unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
Users must not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, automate gameplay, or interfere with servers. Violations may result in score reset, leaderboard removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
Use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Intellorix LLC may terminate your license if you violate this Agreement, misuse the Application, or attempt to exploit the system. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must stop using the Application.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intellorix LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from misuse of the Application, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Application in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Legal disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.
Intellorix LLC may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
